About the Founder

Richard Feith, founder and lead consultant for HR Data Insights, has over a decade of HR data and HCM experience. With a passion for HR data analysis and reporting, as well as a solid track record of supporting large enterprise clients, Richard is equipped to develop and implement strategies that leverage your HR data to its fullest potential.

Richard earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. While working on his degree, he began his professional career with Arizona’s largest healthcare provider. Richard thrived in the ever-changing healthcare environment, and the healthcare industry continues to be Richard’s primary client base.
